Morgan Weinstein is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice. He represents clients and work with law firms in appellate actions, representing appellants, appellees, petitioners, respondents, and amicii. Morgan also works closely with trial counsel in a trial and litigation support role, utilizing his expertise in appellate practice to aid in preservation of error on appeal and researching and drafting complex and dispositive legal issues and motions. Along with the other members of the firm, he litigates trial court matters directly.
Morgan is the cochair of the Communications Committee of the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar. He is also the cochair of the Broward County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section and a member of the Bench and Bar Committee and the Attorney Mentorship Program. In addition, Morgan is a committee member of the Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition. He has taught undergraduate courses in public speaking and legal communication, has designed continuing legal education courses, and publishes and speaks regularly on a range of issues related to the practice of law.
